Strong Support Sets Aberdeen Heights on Course for Fall of 2011 Completion

With financing in place, construction of Aberdeen Heights has begun at the former site of St. Joseph Hospital. PARIC Construction was given an Unencumbered Notice to Proceed with construction in May and is moving forward as we speak.  PARIC had been taking initial construction steps prior to this Notice.  Owner, Architect, Contractor and Development Consultant meetings are taking place every month on the site.  The entire team that has been assembled to create Aberdeen Heights is represented in these meetings.

With construction well under way, we at Aberdeen Heights have begun the personalization process for future residents.  Personalization is your opportunity to select cabinets, counters, flooring and colors to assure your new home reflects your personal taste and style.  Be sure to check back often for future construction updates!
