The “Post-Acute to Home” (PATH®) program at Aberdeen Heights provides a bridge to help area seniors recover from injury, illness, or surgery after a qualifying hospital stay. The program provides short-term rehabilitation with speech, occupational, and physical therapies and skilled nursing services to help seniors in Kirkwood and St. Louis area recover faster so they can get back to their daily routine.
With our PATH® program, we consistently receive high ratings from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We have the expertise to care for recovering seniors, as well as an array of amenities and services to make the stay like a holiday—the next best thing to home.
