Christie Wolff

LNHA, Executive Director
Christie Wolff, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, assumed the role of executive director in April 2021 after serving as the senior marketing and sales director at the community. Wolff has more than 25 years of experience in the health care field, where she has served in various roles including administrator of an assisted living community, as well as the assistant executive director for an independent living community. Her ultimate goal is to bring exceptional services to the residents she serves that will enhance their quality of life. When away from work, Christie finds joy in spending time with her husband and three children.

Anthony "Tony" Altobella

Administrator of The Glen
Tony joined Aberdeen Heights in February 2022 and is the administrator at The Glen, our assisted living, and healthcare neighborhoods. He's a licensed nursing home administrator with more than 20 years of experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, assisted living, and memory care. He's also a speech language pathologists specializing in neurological disorders. When not at work, Tony spends time as a youth baseball coach.

Courtney Bruns

Resident Services Director
Courtney joined Aberdeen Heights in 2018 as a Concierge. She became the executive assistant to the executive director in 2020 and was later promoted to become the Resident Services Director. She brings years of experience in the mental health field and has a master’s degree in counseling. Courtney’s personal mission is to help others. She feels Aberdeen Heights provides a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. In her free time, she tries to keep up with her two young adult children and three pets. She also enjoys reading, traveling to new places and exercising, especially playing hockey.

Beatriz Quinn

Sales and Marketing Director
Bea joined Aberdeen Heights in February 2021, bringing more than a decade's worth of experience in marketing and sales in senior services. Before joining senior living Bea worked in other industries, including at Coca Cola. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business at Webster University.

Daryl Madi

Chaplain
Daryl has been the Chaplain at Aberdeen Heights since September 2021. He has extensive experience in ministry at several churches in Missouri. He also has had fellowships at different churches and universities. Daryl received his Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. His bachelor's degree is in metallurgical engineering from Lafayette College.

Sara Miller

Human Resources Manager
Sara joined Aberdeen Heights in April 2022. She has several years of experience in long-term care and senior living. Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education at Southeast Missouri State and taught in the St Louis Public schools for many years. She has also worked in higher education for 20 years as an admissions advisor and recruiter. When she isn’t at work she volunteers at Stray Rescue of St. Louis, fostering and rescuing stray dogs. She also enjoys spending time with her husband traveling and going to football games. Sara has one adult daughter who is also a teacher.

Patrice Romeo

Senior Living Sales Specialist at The Glen
Patti joined Aberdeen Heights in 2020 and brings more than 16 years of experience in senior living, with expertise in marketing and admissions, social services, and transportation. Before senior living, Patti worked in management at Target for 25 years. She has an Associate Degree in Retail Management. Patti enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, Cardinals Baseball, and spending time with her six grandchildren.

Sheila Staffen

Social Services Director at The Glen
Sheila Staffen became the social services director at The Glen in July 2023. She previously worked in a different position at Aberdeen Heights and before then she was in social services at other communities. She has a Master of Social Work and has experience volunteering with the Alzheimer's Association. Sheila started working in nursing homes as a teenager and feel in love with working with seniors. She says she can't imagine doing anything else. Outside work, she enjoys being creative with crafts, listening to audio books, and hanging out with her dog and two cats.
