William Clayton joined Aberdeen Heights in 2025, bringing a passion for culinary arts and expertise in food science and nutrition. Growing up in a family bakery, he mastered doughs and decorating before working his way up in restaurant kitchens. He went on to get degrees in food nutrition from Johnson & Wales and Saint Louis University. He became a Registered Dietician in 2014 when he worked his way through acute care settings, private practice settings, and longer-term care settings. Now, he leads a talented team, creating nourishing meals for residents. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys playing soccer, hiking, spending time with his dogs, wine, and family time.
