Aberdeen Heights among Greystone Communities Diamond Award winners
Aberdeen Heights was one of three senior living communities to receive the Greystone Communities Diamond Award for performance at company’s summer meeting.
Aberdeen Heights, a PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America) senior living community, has been managed by Greystone Communities, a senior living organization specializing in new development and redevelopment for senior living communities.
Each year Greystone tracks the achievements of the communities it manages across a number of categories including community engagement, employee engagement, financial performance, hospitality and service excellence, health care survey results and resident engagement.
Communities that perform at an exceptional level on a consistent basis are honored through Greystone’s Diamond Awards, given every summer at The Greystone Event. In addition to Aberdeen Heights, Edgewood Summit in Charleston, W. Va., and Santa Marta in Olathe, Kan., received the award.
“Greystone’s Diamond Award is a sign of excellence,” said Rick Cumberland, executive director. “Aberdeen Heights employees strive for excellence every day in everything we do to ensure our residents receive the best service and care we can provide.”
Aberdeen Heights is Kirkwood’s only retirement community offering a thoughtful blend of enviable amenities, endless hospitality and life-enriching opportunities – all with the Unique Health Care Benefit. Additional services include assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and PATH (Post-Acute to Home) short-term rehabilitation.
